It is important to highlight that the added value of TRIANA, URIBE & MICHELSEN, rests on the capacity of internal construction by the parties of a plan to negotiate alternative mechanisms for dispute resolution and at the same time set out potential litigious strategies.

We depart from a projective-preventive scheme that is inclined to solve and settle the disputes between the multiple actors that are involved in legal controversies. We also plan conclusive procedural strategies to satisfy the legal interests or our clients.
