Denominations of Origin and Geographical Indications

We realize the importance of Geographical Indications and are aware of how they currenly lack protection in Colombia. In this field, the Firm has participated in several processes for obtaining Denominations  of Origin withing the country and abroad. This gives us the ability and experience to draft legal concepts related to this topic and to proceed with the mentioned procedures. In addition to this, the Firm has been part of expert International Committees on the subject.
